Dried Arbol Pepper

  

It is a variety of dried chili originally from Mexico and Central America with high spiciness (10,000 - 30,000 SHU). It is a Mexican chili with a designated origin certificate and is popular in its dry form, but it can also be used in its fresh version. It has a bright red color with thin skin. It is produced in various parts of Mexico and the world in different variations (dry, fresh red, fresh green, Japanese).
